From Phoenix Rising Integrative Vet Care
Most orders are shipped by Canada Post. Orders will be filled the next business day and out the door to you. Please note that once the shipment has left, we are not able to redirect. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification regarding your shipping and tracking information.
Phoenix Rising Integrative Veterinary Care will replace or refund you for any product that is flawed. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the product for replacement. We are unable to accept returns of products that have been damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or product that is ordered in error.
Once the product is received back at our facility, we will inspect and contact the customer to discuss. If the original shipment was flawed, the customer will be shipped a replacement product. Consideration will be given for a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
Orders that were canceled during transport will have a 15% restocking fee applied once the order has been received by Phoenix Rising Integrative Veterinary Care. Customers are to note that once the shipment leaves Phoenix Rising Integrative Veterinary Care, we may not be able to redirect during transit, and the shipping cost to send back to Phoenix Rising Integrative Veterinary Care will be the responsibility of the customer.
